Lelo Masamba, M.Ed.

Founder & Executive Director

Lelo Masamba is the founder and visionary behind Forever Free Ministry. Board Certified Chaplain with over 30 years of human services experience, including 13 years as a licensed CNA. Credentialed as a certified minister with The Assemblies of God.

Areas of Expertise

  • Palliative & End-of-Life Care: Specialized support focusing on hospice care, grief counseling, and compassionate crisis intervention.

  • Community Advocacy: Over 22 years of operational management experience serving diverse and multicultural communities.

  • Direct Care & Ministry: Combining over a decade of hands-on CNA experience with certified spiritual chaplaincy.With a heart for service and a commitment to creating meaningful pathways forward, she leads the organization’s work to build a supportive, hope-filled future for young adults.

Esther Larios

Board Member

Human Resources Professional with over 40 years of experience, including 15 years at Boston Senior Home Care (BSHC) and 8 years serving as a Board Member for Calvary Temple, AG.

Areas of Expertise

  • Organizational Leadership: Expertise in company start-ups, closures, and structural management.

  • Talent & Operations Management: Overseeing full-lifecycle onboarding, staff training, and direct supervision.

  • Policy & Compliance: Drafting, implementing, and enforcing company policies, procedures, and complaint systems across international operations (US, Europe, Asia, and South America).

Juanita Rivera

Senior Housing Professional with 17 years of experience in non-profit leadership, including nearly two decades as owner of Simply Elegant Weddings and Event Consulting.

  • Non-Profit Leadership: Extensive governance experience serving on boards for the Merrimack Housing Partnership, Community Action, and The Buttonwoods Museum.

  • Business & Event Consulting: Established entrepreneur with extensive experience leading operations, client relations, and event execution for Simply Elegant Weddings.

Seynah Sedalo Kpalou

Board Member

Healthcare professional with 20 years of Environmental Services Management experience, combining operational oversight with 4 years of hands-on patient care as both a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a Direct Support Professional.

  • Environmental Services Management: Over two decades of ensuring safety, compliance, and operational standards in healthcare environments.

  • Direct Support & Advocacy: Specialized care for developmentally and physically disabled individuals, focusing on independence and daily support.

  • Clinical Care Assistance: Hands-on experience as a licensed assistant, delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
